Bachelor's degree and four years of related work experience

Knowledge of designing, testing and evaluating curriculum and modules for professional learning and development

Experience in designing instructional materials of learning and development

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage

Eager to explore and learn the trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

Placement in TSEA Center in Bali

Having a formal or informal education background in education, psychology, management, design thinking, other related fields.

Have a strong project management skill.

Minimum 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year experience in designing adult learning programs.

Have experience in being a facilitator or coach and design a facilitation or coaching process.

Have a strong abstract and conceptual thinking skills

Design - Design, organize, and implement learning programs from need analysis, module development to program evaluation.
