Melakukan koordinasi dan pengawasan tim merchant engagement terkait kegiatan operasional

Mengarahkan dan mengelola semua aspek operasional seperti operasi distribusi mesin EDC, sumber daya manusia, layanan merchant dan administrasi

Memberikan pelatihan, pengembangan, pembinaan, dan motivasi tim merchant engagement

Membangun network dan hubungan yang baik dengan merchant

Melakukan recruitment tim merchant engagement

Pendidikan minimum S1 semua jurusan

Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales position, preferably in automotive or financing industry

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Assess B2B & B2C local market conditions & business competition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Manage day-to-day operations within the organization

Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement

Manage employee schedules, including setting hours and timesheets

Manage and supervise department employees; Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership

Experience in compiling and following strict budgets

Have at least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree education
