Proposing endorsement options, making lists, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL for the brand

Coordinate with KOL for making User Generated Content by sales-driven videos or posts

Maintain relationships and partnership with KOLs and agencies

Help to manage administrative activities

Manage the working agreement for each KOL

Research and identify key influencer across multiple digital platform (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)

Help to require KOL and ensure the ongoing KOL campaign run smoothly

Maintain communication and relationship with each account to execute the campaign.

Improve program quality and ensure KOLs hit their targets in each activity.

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, PR or equivalent

Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions

Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms and set up a partnership program to build a powerful brand experiences.

Have a good negotiation skills

Have experience handling KOL gaming

Reach out and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.

Coordinate with marketing and creative team in order to manage contents which are given by clients for marketing contents

Proven experience in the same field (1 year)

Experienced in coordinating and briefing with lots of Micro, Macro, or Mega KOL

Experienced in making new ideas and content details for Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube are preferable

Proposing options, making list, and executing for micro, macro, mega and even celebrity KOL for brands

Making script and KOL guidance for project purposes according to marketing and branding team needs

Maximum Education Bachelor All Majors

Minimum Experienced. 3 years in the field of Marketing / Sales / Marketing Influencers / Account Executive

Have worked in an agency (a plus point)

Familiar with handling brands & clients

Establish cooperation and good relations with clients (brand/agency)

Increasing the sales of services owned by the DCT Agency

Minimum 1 year experience of working on KOL campaigns.

Experience in handling KOLs report and data.

Have a broad knowledge about TikTok and Instagram influencers.

Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.

Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, or any other related fields.

Social media active; savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.

3. Maintain good relationships with existing creators and develop long-lasting relationships with our creators.

4. Identifying customer needs and how our company products and creator services can fulfill those needs.

6. Achieving sales targets and focus on creator success.

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major. (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

4. Familiar with TikTok influencer/KOL and different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp/Telegram.
