:

Have full responsibility for the management and development of current partner relations and the identification and recruitment of new KOL partners. Ensure UniPin brands and initiatives are effectively understood, and represented by all partnering KOL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out and build a KOL network for different categories on social media.
• Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms and establish a partnership program to build a powerful brand experience.
• Analyze & monitor KOL performance on a monthly basis
• Support UniPin live-commerce event by providing a series of activations and suitable KOLs to boost up the viewership
• Developing an affiliate program strategy for selected KOL's that will increase sales while maintaining brand integrity
• Help affiliate team to promote and boost new applicants through various content creation from partnering with KOL's
• Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions
• Negotiating costs & contracts with partners in order to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, PR, or equivalent
• Able to build and maintain a good relationship with KOL
• Having attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Language required: English & Bahasa
• Have experience handling KOL gaming
• Minimum1 year of work experience managing KOL / influencers/communities
• Have good negotiation skills
