D3/ S1 Akuntansi, Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi

Mampu mengajar dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dan efektif.

Menguasai Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Memahami akuntansi (Akuntansi Perbankan menjadi nilai plus)

Berkoordinasi dengan tim kreatif dan akunting untuk memastikan pesan dan brand klien disampaikan secara konsisten dan efektif.

Melacak dan mengukur kinerja kampanye media, dan menyusun laporan tentang pencapaian target yang telah ditentukan.

Menerapkan tren dan inovasi terbaru di industri periklanan untuk memastikan klien kami selalu mendapatkan layanan yang terbaik.

Memiliki networking yang cukup luas.

Pengalaman sebelumnya sebagai Media Implementer, atau peran terkait di industri periklanan minimal 2 tahun.

Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang tren dan teknologi media terkini.

Monitor campaign progress and manage campaign resources. Inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required

Extensive experience with arranging and monitoring campaigns, preferably candidates who have experience pitching to retainer clients.

Experience using project tracking system

Experience using Microsoft Office and G Suite, Notion

Create timelines that will ensure all work will be completed within client deadlines

Make sure each member in department knows the assignments that need to be completed based on timeline

Having experiences in HR Software Implementation : Organization, Employees, Time Management, Payroll, Reimbursement, Recruitment & Talent Management

Responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis and the synthesis of information gathered into a Business Application

Design, develop, test and implement software solutions to meet the requirement

Good presentation skill, product demo, user training and able to convince clients

Manage time and coordinate with clients and teamwork in tight schedule

Experience in HR Data Migration & Do Testing SIT/UAT

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Minimum 1 years experience as IT Implementor

Strong analytical skill, able to identify and prioritize critical concerns and provide recommended solutions

Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with self-assurance and confidence, able to deliver clear, concise and compiling message

Minimum bachelor’s degree from any majors

Good in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs

Have ability to plan, organize, and structure work
