Promote the continuous development and improvement of standardised and consistent processes across Finance and wider business.

To own and deliver projects within Finance (and wider business when required).

Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Excellent interpersonal skills - with the drive and flexibility to support others.

Excellent data and reconciliation skills.

Support the business through the use of early stage lean six sigma tools, process mapping, project scoping, and project charter completion.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business or Project Analyst

Ability to create well-documented software process development

Being able to communicate in English at actively is required

Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment

Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
