Minimum 1 year experience as System Analyst, Quality Management Representative, SOP Specialist or related

Reporting back to top management on performance metrics and output data.

Required qualifications for Business Process Analyst / System and Procedure Staff:

Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineer, Accounting or related field

Ensuring implementation and maintenance of standard operational procedures and guidelines.

Auditing or creating additional procedure if required.

Understand the basic knowledge of all the company's products

Understand knowledge on basic hardware infrastructure and framework architecture to support sales and service delivery

At least 2 years of experience in Business / System Analyst work or equivalent

Able to develop the Functional Specification Documentation based on the requirements of the client

Experience in middle to large enterprise implementation

Knowledge in Java will be an advantage

Experienced min 1 year as System and/or Business Analyst would be an advantage

Min Bachelor Degree in all major, IT more preferred

Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Min. 10 years experience as IT Business Analyst

Having experience in real estate industry is a must

Strong analytical and negotiation skill

Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from reputable university

Good understanding in system development life cycle
