Business Process Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Promote the continuous development and improvement of standardised and consistent processes across Finance and wider business.
• Post project completion, monitor performance KPI's and highlight when a process is not performing as expected.
• Support the business through the use of early stage lean six sigma tools, process mapping, project scoping, and project charter completion.
• To support the training and development to all Finance (and business when requested) staff, to develop an internal expertise in understanding of six sigma processes, robotics process automation, workshop facilitation and project management.
• To own and deliver projects within Finance (and wider business when required).
• Review existing processes and systems, with a view to identifying process optimization opportunities, and making recommendations.
• Work with Finance and business line stakeholders and customers to understand improvement opportunities, manage workshops and forums to identify solutions and deliver as required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - with the drive and flexibility to support others.
• Excellent data and reconciliation skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Management Information System / Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
