Supervise and oversee activities that related to inventory

Assistance to industrial management controllers.

At least 3 years experience in accounting inventory, preferably multinational manufacturing company (Bonded zone company will be advantages).

Understanding of standard costing, and fixed asset control finance statement.

Ability to multitask, detail orientation, presentation skill, prioritize work load, complete day-to-day activities, and handle all urgent requests.

Monthly closing, input and output data control, indicator calculation (manufacturing costs, cost of materials, CRI, measured inventories, variances), reports dissemination.

Indicator analysis and corrective actions.

Make weekly inventory reports to related divisions and management.

Experience in FMCG field is a plus.

Monitor periodically related to inventory transactions COO, GRPO, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, LTR, IT, etc.

Coordinate stock taking which is carried out periodically with the warehouse & related teams.

Analysis of inventory reports and report the results of the analysis.

Mastering Ms Excel (Formula, PIVOT, Vlookup, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with 2-4 years experience in Accounting, Inventory Accounting or related fields

Must have strong skills in understanding detail mapping and understanding transactional inventory process flows

Proficient in Excel formulas and tech-savvy (experience in using any accounting software)

Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system

Record inventory counts and adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost

Support in monitoring inventory levels to ensure they are within acceptable ranges

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pemasok yang ada

Berinteraksi dengan pemasok untuk menjadwalkan pengiriman dan menangani masalah dalam pengiriman

Melakukan penghitungan dan perencanaan persediaan (stock)

Have accounting experience (1 year minimum),

Have knowledge of accounting information & systems,

Have good interest and math skills,

Proficient in using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point,

Have commitment, integrity and responsibility

Communication Language : Indonesian, English, Chinese possible
