Key Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of inventory accounting, cost, reserve calculations, and in-transit tracking
• Research and resolve all stock ledger and inventory discrepancies by coordinating with IT, warehouse, and other system owners
• Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system
• Performing stock opname
• Record inventory counts and adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost
• Monitor systems and reporting to ensure the accuracy of the cost of goods sold and inventory counts
• Support in monitoring inventory levels to ensure they are within acceptable ranges

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel formulas and tech-savvy (experience in using any accounting software)
• Desire to get into details and problem solve for issues, many times with high levels of data
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with sense of urgency, accuracy, teamwork and cooperation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with 2-4 years experience in Accounting, Inventory Accounting or related fields
• Must have strong skills in understanding detail mapping and understanding transactional inventory process flows
