Inventory Accounting & Fixed Asset Executive (For Scarlett Beauty Lounge)

Qualifications:

• Excellence in Microsoft Excel
• Minimal 2-3 years working experience in inventory management and handling retail
• Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
• Able to adapt with fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Placement: Head Office Scarlett Beauty Lounge, Depok
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely data for accounting department
• Solve any inventory discrepancies issues
• Supervise and oversee activities that related to inventory
• Recommend the necessary of inventory provision including the documentation
• Handle physical inventory count on periodic basis including preparing stock opname report
• Develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for Inventory and Fixed Asset
