Developing strategy for East Java based on local insight including data analysis and following national direction

Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)

Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience

Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked

Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications

Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc

Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills and having the ability to speak English (Mandarin is a plus)

Confident in their negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies

Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales
