Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Create & optimize the end-to-end loop/ engine of acquisition, engagement and monetization through Marketing campaign initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Proven working experience of at least 3 - 5 years in the digital marketing area

Demonstrable experience leading and managing Social Media, email, conversion marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, and/or display digital advertising campaigns

Highly creative and communicative with experience in identifying the target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

At least 1-3 years of working experience in creating end to end marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns

Excellent writing and communication skills both in English and Bahasa

Passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia

1-2 years experience working in marketing

Experience using Adobe photoshop and other design
