Experience with Pure FlashBlade Replication and Snapshots.

Previous experience supporting FlashBlade troubleshooting activities within file and object environments.

Handle incoming support requests reported on the service management platform.

Maintain a log of troubleshooting on the service management portal platform throughout the incident lifecycle.

Implement workarounds to limit customer downtime (incident management). Subsequently follow-up and ensure implementation of permanent solution (problem management).

Knowledge and working experience in:

Provides in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure streamlined support of existing infrastructure and developed integrations.

Prioritise, schedule and escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate skilled team.

Solid work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role
