Indirect Sales Account Manager Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Strong expertise in indirect tax processes, compliance, tax accounting, and project management for Malaysia, Singapore, or other Southeast Asian countries

2-5 years work experience or in similar capacity in professional firms or multinational companies in a compliance focus role

Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients

Knowledgeable of intermediate to advance MS Excel, Tableau, SAP, Uniform, etc.

For local tax return filings

Under other statutory and/or regulatory rules

Project management expertise, including strong organizational and change management skills

Team management experience is a plus

Ensure that more junior staff are managed and guided in researching and preparing VAT compliance documents

Manage and supervise the reconciliation of revenue, purchase, output VAT/GST and input VAT/GST with financials

Define indirect tax requirements for existing and new programs/products and ensure practical implementation of these requirements in internal systems

Strong technical knowledge in indirect taxes (VAT/GST) in an international context

Skilled with stakeholder management, leadership, interpersonal, oral and written presentation skills.

Develop distributor’s capability in managing their business to ensure a sustainable profitable business (including financial management, people management & logistics management).

Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales and Technical background would be an advantage.

General knowledge in commercial acumen (able to guard Shell’s investment to generate high yield).

Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Lubricants, Automotive (Spare Parts) industries are preferred.

Thorough knowledge of distributor’s operations (sales, financial, marketing, logistics).
