3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

Bertanggung jawab pada hal yang berhubungan dengan absensi karyawan, perhitungan gaji

Melakukan proses seleksi karyawan (pemasangan iklan, tes dan interview)

Membuat dan memonitoring kontrak (PKWT), SP,mutasi, promosi, dll

Pendidikan min S1 Jurusan Psikologi/Hukum

Berpengalaman sbg HRD Generalist minimal 2 tahun

Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (advance level)

Preferably graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, or Psychology discipline

Accommodating user needs related to employee counseling activities according to coordination, direction from the team manager.

Minimum of 2 year of experience in HR Generalist Function

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures

Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office.

Conduct the employee onboarding administration process
