Implement & enhance PAC system configuration programs related to Employee database, Learning Management, Employee Experience, - Expense Management, and Performance Management

At least 2+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR Systems, especially Workday (operations, implementation, performance management, etc)

Collaborate with technical development & support team to deliver requirement-fit technical solutions for PAC business needs

Translates business requirements to technical requirement documents

Experienced and passionate in managing complex technical projects to achieve remarkable project deliverables

Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
