Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management

Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, development, termination of service, and payroll administration, benefit, etc

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in HR

Had experience by using HRIS Talenta

Consulting with all HR departments head to determine HRIS needs

Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or related field required.

At least 8 year working experiences as HRIS Expert

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.

Excellent SAP HR and Success Factors knowledge

Monitor and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including, maintenance, system implementation.
