7.Memahami tentang Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, Human Resource

2.Mampu membuat strategi compensation & benefit, grading system, job evaluation, desain struktur

2.Minimal pengalaman 5 tahun Sebagai HRD Spv

3.Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik

Conduct a business risk assessment of each customer and potential customer and provide input for decision making by management.

Coordination with Finance team related to the budget/ profit and loss of new projects and process the approval internally.

Responsible for planning and coordinating sales activities, acquiring new customers and markets, maintaining good relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
