2+ years working experience in sales, cs/cx, telesales, headhunter industry, or other related fields

Highly skilled in persuasive and consultative selling

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills

Excellent understanding on product knowledge

Coordinate with respective partner to ensure home funnel management runs well

Managing and processing Order Intake and Sales, proper execution of incoming Purchase Orders until become sales activation

Ensure e2e home funnel processes are in the most effective & efficient way

Ensure team has transparent dashboard which able to be seen by everyone

Ensure all the data related to the funnel are valid

Design and Making strategy on digital and telemarketing acquisition

Develop and deliver targeted campaigns and leads generation campaign across sales channels

Develop and Monitor Performance Report of Digital and Telesales Acquisition

Develops and owns the comprehensive execution plans marketing program, data segmentation to deliver optimal performance
