Align with Brewery SHE Manager for synergizing health and well-being program in the Brewery and Warehouse

Having the certification of Ahli K3 Umum from the Ministry of Manpower

Develop effective learning & development strategy and safety training curriculum to be implemented in commerce areas (sales and marketing).

Respond to Climate Survey feedback where an organizational health and well-being response is required

Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in Public Health – Occupational Health and Safety

Minimal 5-7 years in a similar role, in manufacturing or logistic, preferably Sales area

Have a Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Auditor - MINERBA Registered is desirable

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

Have a valid Frontline Operational Supervisor (POP) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

Have a Train of Trainer Level 3 or 4 - BNSP certification

Have an Occupational Health & Safety Management System (SMK3) Lead Auditor - BNSP or DISNAKER Certification

Managing all Compliance Reporting to stakeholders (Internal Purpose/management, Corporate and Government), validate and ensure its accuracy and timely reporting.

Developing and lead audit program to evaluate implementation of HS Management system according to FCX/PTFI Policy and statutory regulation.

Performing Statistical Data Analysis to all HS data related and provide information to management and related stakeholders.

Determining, implementing and evaluating Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to all contractor based on FCX/PTFI policy and statutory regulation.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

5+ years experience in Health & Safety related experience in mining, mineral/metal processing especially in Health & Safety operation

Have a valid Frontline Operational Supervisor (POP) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, safety and health certification, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Stand, Kneel, Bend, Stoop, Move, and Walk long distances in and around confined, cluttered places, and uneven areas.

See and hear naturally or with correction.

Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls according to a set procedure.
