Health And Safety Coordinator

We are currently looking for candidates who can lead the implementation of a safety and well-being program, serve as an advisor on health and safety issues, and support the Health and Safety Manager in initiating safety cultural changes in the Commerce Function and Office areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective learning & development strategy and safety training curriculum to be implemented in commerce areas (sales and marketing).
• Responsible for the establishment and maintaining procedure of the ongoing identification of hazards & risk assessment and the implementation of effective control measures referring to HEINEKEN standards and Indonesia legal requirement
• Develop innovative practices of well-being, while implementing established policies, procedures, standards, and support practices for employees in the supply chain and commerce
• Align with Brewery SHE Manager for synergizing health and well-being program in the Brewery and Warehouse
• Evaluating health data based on the number of employees visiting internal clinics and health insurance claims and developing necessary programs to maintain employee wellness
• Leads, fosters, and develops a caring culture where safety is ingrained as a core value with all employees, everyone is actively interacting with colleagues and co-workers to prevent at-risk behaviors
• Respond to Climate Survey feedback where an organizational health and well-being response is required

Key Qualifications

• Having the certification of Ahli K3 Umum from the Ministry of Manpower
• Minimal 5-7 years in a similar role, in manufacturing or logistic, preferably Sales area
• Fluent in English both written & spoken
• Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in Public Health – Occupational Health and Safety
