Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing

Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the top management

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managerial positions in charge of brokers relations/distribution partnerships at insurance carriers and/or insurance brokers

Experience and knowledge of how insurance products work including stakeholders, pre-sales/post-sales process, communication protocols, SLAs etc

Experience in managing a diverse team of people and growing

Experience coaching, training and recruiting a team

Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
