The Head of Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance plans, conducting internal audits, and ensuring that all quality standards are met. The Head of Quality will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and customers, as well as ensuring that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner.
