Pendidikan Min D3/S1 Kesahatan Masyarakat dari Kampus ternama

Mimiliki pengalaman Minimanl 1 Tahun di bidang Safety

Memiliki Sertifikat AK3 Umum Kemnaker serta memahami SMK3/OHSAS 18000/ISO 45001

Memahami tentang HIRADC dan Pengendalian Resiko

Menjalani program HSE sesuai ISO 45001, Peraturan Perusahaan dan Kebijakan Perusahaan serta memenuhi kebutuhan customer

Berpengalaman sebagai QSHE Officer di ranah operator terminal/pelabuhan minimal 1 tahun

Memiliki seritifkat ISPS adalah poin plus

Memahami aktifitas pengolahan dan operasional terminal

Minimum pendidikan D3 dari semua jurusan

Bersedia penempatan di Mangoli, Kep. Sula, Maluku

Communicate with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core

Has minimum experience in 10 years working in QSHE and min 5 years as QSHE Manager in chemical distributor/manufacture

Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Quality Processes, Process Safety, Management System, Food Safety standards and Responsible Care codes

License/Permit/Certificate holder responsible for stipulated duties accordingly e.g. Safety Officer, Fire Safety Manager, Hazardous Substances Permit Holder, etc.

Organize, manage and coordinate table-top exercises, drills, exercises for emergency preparedness and response and business continuity plans.

Has Bachelor or Master's degree of Occupational Health and Safety and has K3 Umum certification

•Perform deployment data management, post-mortem analysis and presentation to local management

•Supervise 6-8 Roadshow Officer and Support staff

•Perform deployment opportunity planning, forecasting, performance tracking

•Prepare prospect meeting presentations (including ordering and managing creative process, deck production).

•Develop strategic sales planning and working cross function/department to identify deployment opportunity for NTB acquisition

•Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business

Team Management and Development (20%)

• Experience in drink mixology, including traditional drinks. Knowledge of wine and beer is a must

• Crate and manage roaster/schedule

• 2-4 years of strong Head Bar experience

• Hands-on experience in developing team members and leading by example
