At least Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Business/Management/Education/Technology or related fields

Having minimum 5-6 years of experience in project management or related fields

Develop a standard for project management document templates ensuring proper project cycles: TOR, checklists, timeline, budget, etc

Strong understanding of the project cycle management

Project Planning, Management and Implementation

Provides induction, training, coaching, mentoring and advice to supervised staff to ensure that they understand and carry out their responsibilities effectively

Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage the day-to-day operations of digital campaigns, including coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners.

Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure that project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Manage the whole life cycle of the projects, including planning, budgeting, administrative and compliance.

3 years of experience in climate mitigations related projects.

Project Head of Environment will be responsible for:

Project activities will be focusing in East Kalimantan, Central Java and West Papua.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, forestry, environmental science, or other related fields; Master's degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of government, civil society, local, donor and multilateral counterparts.
