Head Of Modern Trade Jobs

Have an experience in managing modern trade, especially MTI.

Have an Experience in handling sales operation teams, particularly modern trade salesmen.

Have an experience in building RTM strategies.

Responsible for developing strategies and standardizing RTM for modern trade channels.

Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience in treasury management, trade operations, or a similar field, preferable

In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and financial instruments.

8 Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing a team or department.

Proficiency in utilizing treasury management systems (TMS) and other relevant financial software.

Familiar whit treasury management system

Responsible for Informing Management of Progress and Requirements of the Department.

Assists the day-to-day Operations for Imports and Exports to ensure that Customer Requirements are met.

Experience in Customer Service area minimum 3 years

Documentation & Follow up of Customs Procedure

Proper Follow up for Nominated Shipments

Maintain PO and Customer Complaint from Customer

Memastikan Transaksi yang diterima di Trade Ops terproses dengan baik sesuai SLA yang telah disepakai.

Menanamkan pemahaman dan kemampuan problem solving sesuai level masing-masing karyawan dengan tetap menjunjung profesionalisme yang tinggi.

Memimpin diskusi dan review bulanan dengan team Trade Ops serta membahas issue yang terjadi di OPS.

Bertanggung jawab atas rotasi kerja serta pengembangan karier dan pengembangan diri dari setiap karyawan.

Memastikan pelaporan kepada Bank Indonesia sesuai dengan aturan dari Bank Indonesia .

Memastikan proses AML atas transaksi Trade Ops berjalan sesuai aturan .

Certified CDCS, SPPUR Level 6 (Trade Finance), Risk Management Level 3

Planning, implementing and managing the internal control function, which assisted by the Operational Risk Management Unit.

Strong leadership & Managerial Skill

Manage and set standards to ensure the best service for customers.

Ensuring the adequacy of technical knowledge and processes related to Trade Operations services for Customers, Business Units and other Supporting Units.

Minimum 15 years working experience especially in Trade Operations

10+ years experience in banking industry with 5+ years in top management position is a must.

Experience background in handling banking business development for top tier banks.

Experience in fintech also considerable.

Identify potential partners in financial institution and/or non- financial institution

Monitor short term and long term funding plan and needs

Prepare report on the partnership and funding performance regularly

Experience in food and confectionery is preferred, and exposure to managing a large team is necessary.

The role involves working with business partners and distributors to achieve the company's objectives and execute its strategies.

The job requires developing business in both traditional and modern markets while managing all sales functions of the company.
