Overview The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting the facility. This includes providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. Detailed Job Description The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including customer service, staff management, and safety and security protocols. They must ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting the facility. The Guest Experience Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
