Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning/Architecture

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in government relations, public affairs, or related fields.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and interpret legislative and regulatory developments.

Develop and execute government relations strategies that promote positive relationships with government officials and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at the local, state, and federal levels that impact our business.

Run a stakeholder mapping exercise regularly to develop a holistic engagement strategy and provide support on relationship management as necessary

3+ years dedicated public policy/government relations experience

Excellent judgment, persuasive and advocacy skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Deep experience and agility in working across multiple functions, influencing, and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs and initiatives.

Strong research and analysis abilities.

Provide support on brand campaign towards government stakeholders (policymakers and others) by socializing Traveloka values and missions

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with SMEs and build rapport.

Prior experience in customer service or data collection is preferred.

Contact SMEs from a provided database via email or phone.
