At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related field.

Strong leadership skill and good management skill.

Familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft project, Gantt Chart, etc) and project tools system (such as Jira, Trello, etc).

A degree in medicine is required (M.D.) preferably with relevant dermatology or aesthetic experience

Strong presentation skills and scientific training in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English

Strong interpersonal skills, including the capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking

Highly motivated with effective problem solving and planning capabilities

Work closely with management to leverage government relationships to fulfil other job responsibilities and business requirements.

Identify and analyse political and regulatory trends, monitor current issues, and advise Management accordingly.

Work closely with Management and business to obtain grants and deliver grant outcomes.

Develop a comprehensive notification and management system for government-related PR crises, and ensure timely action is taken to resolve such incidents

Develop a comprehensive PR crisis notification and management system.

Prepare budget to execute strategies and job responsibilities.
