At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar role

To consult on + engage with process improvement activities.

To analyze, document + implement projects, ensuring transparency of progress + results.

To customize processes for optimal operational solutions.

To ensure standardized implementations in line with guidelines + targets.

3. Proficient with Gen 21 - Broadcast Management System (Promo).

2. Experienced as Promo On-Air / Traffic in Media Industry.

5. Have a good knowledge for Media & On-Air Strategic Planning.

Promo On-Air Planner (Gen 21 BMS Specialist)

1. Bachelor's Degrees (S1) required.

4. Able to work & coordination with Team On-Air, MCR & Library.

A computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office

Monitor air import shipment flows

Send shipping advice to customers

Report any irregularities (damage, missing cargo, partial shipment, etc.) to customers

Communicate shipment arrangements with customers and overseas parties

Responsible for maintaining service level and reaching customer satisfaction

To incorporate carrier updates + market changes knowledge received in the pricing solutions being offered.

Strong pricing skills + knowledge of the market conditions

Possess solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience.

To seek insight on customer + related information to ensure the appropriate pricing solutions are offered.

To share inputs with the Pricing Manager as preparation for participation in procurement/carrier discussions, helping to build solutions for our customers.

Min 2 years experience in related field (preferred)
