Air Freight Import Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Send shipping advice to customers
• Responsible for maintaining service level and reaching customer satisfaction
• Make daily shipment monitoring
• Communicate shipment arrangements with customers and overseas parties
• Report shipment status
• Report any irregularities (damage, missing cargo, partial shipment, etc.) to customers
• Monitor air import shipment flows

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good at both spoken and written English
• Comprehending air export-import procedures
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• A computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Diploma (D3) and/or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major with min. GPA of 3.00
