Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives, including working with owner to maintain or improve property’s market leadership position.

Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.

Prepare annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets and achieve required operating results.

Develop programs that drive improvements in team member engagement and are aligned with the InterContinental brand service behaviors.

Oversee any salary-, disciplinary- or staffing-/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.

Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, giving, and receiving instructions, and training.

Work with department managers to develop initiatives to achieve service behavior standards and drive continuous improvement in the guest experience.

Prepare monthly training progress reports and communicate to management team members the previous month’s accomplishments and next month’s training objectives.

Ensure that all course curricula and educational materials are current and of acceptable quality.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others

Manage and supervise the Loyalty Officer

Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Knowledge of effective office organizational practices.

Responsible for the planning of Elite, Cobalt & redemption stay members

Ability to provide legible communications.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responding to the guests' feedback as assigned by General Manager and liaising with concerned parties for guest recovery whenever needed.

Collaborating with the concerned parties to bridge the gap between quality requirement and training approaches.

Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills.

Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the General Manager.

Oversee the quality aspects of entire hotel’s operations, especially regarding subjects that reflects directly to the hotel’s customer.

Monitors applicable laws and regulations, including Health & Safety and ensures compliance.

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English with guests, management, staff, and co-workers to their understanding.

Be proactive and responsible for the follow up of new sales leads to enhance guest experience

In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques

Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.

Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP’s, large groups, and other key guests.

Lead marketing efforts to up sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities.

Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
