Bachelor's degree in finance management, accounting, mathematic, or statistic is preferable.

Fresh graduates are welcome, 1 year of finance & accounting experience will be an advantage.

Manage, monitor and ensure that company payment process to vendors timely.

Manage, monitor and ensure that the reimbursement process to employees is carried iut correctly and on time.

Manage and monitor the transaction process and reconcile the company receivable balances.

1. Candidate must Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields.

2. At least 2 year of working experience in the related field

4. Full initiative and good communication skills

1. Responsible for sending invoices and bills to customers

2. Responsible for reviewing invoices to identify errors prior to invoice delivery.

3. Create monthly reports related to total invoices issued to customers

Having experience 10 years as Finance in mining or Public Accountant

Compile required monthly financial reports primarily related to receivables in compliance with corporate and external debt requirements.

Maintain and manage A/P and A/R Helpdesk tasks including responding to incoming calls, email, faxes and letters.

Having experience in process P2P (Procure to Pay) or end to end process flow transaction and or equivalent experience

Having experience with a computer-based accounts payable (AP) and or accounts receivable (AR) system

Previous experience in SAP ERP – FICO module would be preferable;
