Strong math, typing and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.

Assisting in main tasks of finance administration staff

Assisting in creating archives and data entry

Understanding of basic accounting and taxation

Able to work in a team

Capable of operating Microsoft Excel

Good personality and well-groomed appearance

Experience in cross-function responsibilities (project based, assignment, etc)

Blasting finance – manual book/guidelines to new shipper via email

Have a min 1 year experience in collection/AR

Have an experience in logistic industry are preferable.

Excellent communication, negotiable, payment chaser and leadership skills

Collect the outstanding from sales shipper (Soscom) through email, Whatsapp, and call

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Manage the finance, procurement, legal, and treasury functions ;

Must have experience about the import and export finance

Effectively deploy and manage strong processes and controls around cash movement and cash deployment.;

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Support the Finance Manager in planning, managing and executing the annual financial audit processes

Oversee the management of the aged debt and provision for bad debt in the statutory accounts

Computer literate, advanced experience in Microsoft Office and complex finance systems

Manage cash flow related to AR as well as company’s working capital

Outstanding numeracy and literacy skills

Ensure that credit control processes and internal controls follow best practices

Maintain Finance records and reports, and communicate by email in a professional manner

Provide research and compiling evidence for a variety of Finance investigations

Handle escalations and follow up with teams related to any of the Finance issues

Accounting experience is a must

Experienced in the hospitality industry, bank or insurance company is a plus

Entry payment for Vendor and validate it

Have at least in the related field experience with 1 or 3 Years (s) in the audit/finance field.

Candidate Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

Possess good knowledge of tax regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

Good knowledge of accounting software shall be a plus point.

Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Required language(s): Good command of written and spoken English

Receive documents from the sales admin and ensure the completeness of the documents for billing (PO, GR, etc)

Create invoice sets based on Sales Order and Delivery Order

Entertain sales requests & follow up cases, follow up with the sales admin regarding billing documents

Hand over bills that have been created to the Collection team

Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.

Experienced with SAP is a plus
