Finance & Accounting Tax Staff

More than 1 years of financial work experience, book keeping related work experience preferred

Language requirements: Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred

Prepare Financial Statements and Consolidation

Confirm transactions are accurately entered in accounting system

Assist Prepare Budgeting, and Forecast

Prepare BU's financial statements and other reports needed by project manager and management

Tax Planning, doing efficient tax management whilst still complying with tax regulations

Good eye on details, strong managerial skill, good verbal and written communication skill

Manage Cash Flow including review expenses, inventory and asset records and keep track of BU's budget

Liase with Head Office, BU/Project Managers, help BU/Project Managers create financial strategy and recommendations

Accounting, Intermediate Excel skill, Tax Brevet A&B, Analytical Skill

Reporting on monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); Accounts receivable and collections;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role (Finance and Tax Officer / Staff)

Collaboration with operational Key Account Managers and Sales team for monthly client invoicing and Client master Data File (CMDF)

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

Familiarity with accounting / finance applications (Jurnal.id; Accurate; et al);

Technical knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations including Articles 4.2, 21, 23 (WHT), 25, 29 and VAT (PPN)

Min. Diploma Degree in Taxation/Finance/Accounting or related major

Have knowledge about Custom Clearance

Keep Accurate Records For All Daily Transactions.

Record Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable.

Update Internal Systems With Financial Data.

Prepare Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Reports.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or experience in other financial systems

Ensure all accounting, finance & tax;

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA and CA not required, but preferred

Have Brevet A & B certification is a must

Knowledge of F&B related accounting process

Having knowledge of ERP or ESB system

Having minimum 3 years experience of working in the Tax Field

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa

Have strong knowledge and good understanding in Indonesia taxation

The position will assist our clients in day-to-day Finance Administrative (Tax) matters

Ability to handle multiple priorities and simultaneous projects

Min. 1 year experience in Finance and Tax

Strong finance & bank process knowledge

Manage the relationship with external auditors and accounting/tax advisors

Rekonsiliasi bank dengan sales harian

Manage appropriate relationship with statutory tax officer in term of statutory tax audit and external/statutory requirement/reporting

Minimum 3 years in job-related experience in tax or tax consultant firm (supervisory level)

Have excellent knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous

Having SAP knowledge is preferable

Giving Tax Advisory to the Other Department, Customer and Supplier

·Provide monthly management report which includes – sales, AR, commission report, tax report and stock profile

It is expected that this Manager maintains good relationships all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for BWI

·Review performance for the staff reporting to the manager

·Provide mentoring to elevate the skills of the whole department

·Timely issuance and accuracy of Purchase Order

·Negotiate terms with supplier to maximize company’s cash flow

Minimum of 5 years of experience (middle level) in finance, accounting, and management

Minimum S1 majoring in accounting/management/business/economics/public administration, and/or other related affairs

Have skills in Brevet A and B

Familiar with using finance and accounting software (Accurate, Journal, MyOB, or others)

Make accounting reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).

Make a financial statement group or consolidation.
