Manage a small team and develop staff to ensure competency and appropriate succession within the Finance/accounting team.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of statutory and other reporting requirements from the Region and Head Offices.

Manage and Involve in the annual internal/external audit process with external auditors and Region/Dubai Head Office.

Manage all legal, tax compliance, including GST, VAT and corporate tax regulation in Indonesia.

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax as Supervisor

Detail oriented and time management

Responsible in monitoring administration process running smoothly in Finance and Accounting Department

Establish finance and accounting policies and procedures to align with company's goal

Manage the accounting function in processing data and information to produce financial reports needed by the company accurately and on time.

Advance computer skills (Ms.Office, Accounting software, database, spreedsheet)

Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Cash Management: Monitor and reconcile bank accounts. Assist in cash flow management, including forecasting and optimizing cash balances.

Majored in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsible for providing partial data for management financial reporting

8 – 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 4 years minimum of leadership experience

Oversee the Finance and Accounting team and review the daily end-to-end process in finance; accounting matters and payment process.

Making sure all finance related regulatory deliverables are submitted on time

Propose and review improvements in finance and accounting processes and procedures

Degree in Accounting or Finance

Associate's Degree (D3) from Accounting, Tax, Computer Accounting, Management, or Finance major with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Fresh graduates with knowledges in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation are welcome

Fosters good relationships with internal finance team and external parties (i.e.: bank, payment gateway, financial institutions)

Willing to execute administrative tasks and other routine activities in Finance team

Handles the company's payment process

Executes billing admin, tax admin, accounting admin, and budget admin

3-4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting or financial management

Experience in financial management of USAID Project and knowledge of USAID operational policies and procedures (ADS) preferred.

Assist the Finance Manager to produce various management reporting.

Support the Finance Manager in monitoring and reporting petty cash managed by Finance Assistant, which include but not limited to:

Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring and liaising with project partners on financial matters.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 1 year of working experience, experience in the tour and travel agency is highly preferred

Strong working knowledge of Excel

Familiarity and experience with Jurnal accounting system
