Have strong project management and stakeholder management skills and experiences.

Manage multiple stakeholders on-field to implement, assess, and monitor rice farming practice & operation chains in the designated project location.

Have a strong interest and skillset in sales and commercial area would be an additional point.

Possess a balance between analytical and critical thinking and equipped with superb interpersonal skills.

Able to technically manage plots, food plantations, demand generations, and build trust and forge long-term relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.

Own the farmer onboarding and engagement initiatives throughout the planting life cycle from preparation to harvesting.

Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang pertanian, khususnya Agroteknologi atau Agronomi.

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam budidaya sayur organik.

Pengalaman dalam bermitra atau bekerjasama dengan petani lokal.

Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang analisis data dalam pertanian berkelanjutan (sustainable farming).

Kemampuan dalam menyusun RAB Tanam, SOP, Proposal Proyek, dan Dokumen Pemantauan Proyek.

Kemampuan dalam membangun & menjaga komunikasi yang efektif dengan petani.

Make weekly reports from the field to management on existing problems and solutions needed.

Monitor the condition of each farm managed by partner farmers.

Manage the standard needs of plants according to SOP to increase yields & quality.

Proven 3-5 years experiences as an agronomist or assistant agronomist, with a focus on SOP to increase yields & quality

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the demonstration plots.
