Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.

Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Assist with tendering, reviewing, site feasibility, remediation, recommending contractors, implementation, handover and close-out of projects.

Possess leadership qualities and the ability to organize the site team as well as to attend both contractual and technical matters.

Formulate budget and expense of project and present proposal to top management

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0

3-7 years experience in related position ( Candidates with quantity surveyor background are preffered )

Experienced in handling industrial projects, especially in FMCG

Must possess strong leadership, communication. negotiation and problem solving skills

Responsible in handling construction tender process

• Participate in clients’ meetings about their project management requirements, dealing with pre-sales activities to potential clients.

• Confident and professional presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a teamwork spirit.

• With experience in the presale process working closely with the business team is preferable.

• Able to travel based on business requirements.

• Technical consultancy including business reports, queries, and procedures under a professional mindset.

Responsible for managing various preparations for the exhibition project;

Managing communication with foreign contractors, sort out and translate the construction documents, and provide them to the customer service department;

Reviewing and checking the materials submitted by customer service and send them to foreign contractors according to the schedule;

Responsible for the on-site operation of the exhibition.

Minimum 3-5 years as Manager/Senior Manager/General Manager with solid related experience on convention, exhibition and event background

Have strong market and business analysis skills

Handling leasing for convention, exhibition and event

Responsible for coordinating all events or exhibition assets

Responsible for developing and evaluating the event budget

Create and manage the exhibition budget, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Management for project schedule, project progress especially technical wise.

Assist the project manager in charge of progress, safety, civilized construction, and so on.

Coordinate with customer/client, assist the construction manager to deal with unexpected events during project execution, and ensure no customer/client complaints.

Good communication skill in English

Experience in Exhibition Projects (cars exhibition would be a plus)

Responsible for execution and successful completion of projects technical wise mainly exhibition projects.

Good in time management and multimedia skills

Deep knowledge and experiences in organizing events

End-to-end events management (Planning, executing, controlling, and evaluating)

Cross-department collaboration to ensure the suitability of the event to operational requirements

Final year students or fresh graduate, preferable from tourism, MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, & Exhibition), Event Organizing, and Communication major

Evaluate and compile reports on the implementation of activities

Assist the operation manager making various preparations for the exhibition project;

Assist the operation manager in the on-site operation of the exhibition;

More than 3 years of construction work experience, overseas construction work experience is preferred;

Understand the construction process and related knowledge, and be able to adapt to work abroad;

Review and check the materials submitted by customer service, and send them to foreign contractors according to the schedule;

Collect and summarize special problems and inquire with foreign contractors, and reply to the customer service department after getting the quotation;
