What You Will Need:

• Deep knowledge and experiences in organizing events
• Final year students or fresh graduate, preferable from tourism, MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, & Exhibition), Event Organizing, and Communication major
• Good in time management and multimedia skills
• Quickly adapt to new environment
• Have the ability to be a master of ceremony and moderator in a way that puts the speakers and participants at ease
• Able to communicate in English
• Evaluate and compile reports on the implementation of activities

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with external parties regarding the ongoing event
• Cross-department collaboration to ensure the suitability of the event to operational requirements
• End-to-end events management (Planning, executing, controlling, and evaluating)
• Create report for event activites
