Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Assist with tendering, reviewing, site feasibility, remediation, recommending contractors, implementation, handover and close-out of projects.
• Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects or programs.
• Possess leadership qualities and the ability to organize the site team as well as to attend both contractual and technical matters.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• To provide technical advise, to resolve problems and to evaluate project/program effectiveness.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Be very involved in Infrastructural design, authorities submission, project coordination as well as to attend Consultant Meetings on a frequent basis.

Qualifications

• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Degree, preferably Civil, Architecture, Urban Planning or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience and proven record in planning, coordinating and executing complex capital projects in Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure projects.
