Write and post job descriptions and requirements to job platforms.
Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Experienced in tech/digital start-up company.
Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for all positions with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Gmeet and structured).
