Job Description

  • Write and post job descriptions and requirements to job platforms.
  • Develops and markets content for overall employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and social media.
  • Do the HR Interview to candidates to validate their resume with combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
  • Perform required background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information for senior and upper level positions.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Source potential candidates on any platforms, like LinkedIn, Glints, career site etc.
  • Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
  • Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking systems to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting messages with current job openings to passive candidates.


Requirements

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Can handle both technical and non-technical position.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for all positions with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Gmeet and structured).
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Experienced in tech/digital start-up company.
