EHS Management System and Document Control

Management of Change at EHS factor

Experienced and have good knowledge in:

Experienced as an EHS officer for at least 3 years at supervisor level in a manufacturer.

Handling compliance to the EHS regulation and group policy.

Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dokumen, melakukan pengendalian dokumen dan record di tempat kerja hasil audit internal dan eksternal

Melakukan persiapan, pelaksanaan hasil audit internal dan eksternal, melakukan improvement, serta program lainnya yang terkait dengan pengembangan individu, section, atau organisasi

Deliver environmental health and safety activities, including emergency response plan, incident and accident management, training implementation and evacuation drill.

Participate and support regular environmental health and safety audits and certification program in compliance with established standards.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Handle environmental health and safety related records and reporting.

Integrates all activities into the environmental, and health and safety management systems, monitoring recordkeeping and reporting

Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Microsoft software packages.

Develops and maintains programs to support regulatory requirements and Jabil goals, by:

Analyzing federal, state and local legal requirements and developing programs to support compliance

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience in similar field min. 3 or 5 years

Good in communication and presentation skills

Experienced in maintain relationships with various counterparts

Develops, proposes and implements EHS processes and/or methods.

Plans and accomplishes roll out of EHS programs or projects, and monitors respective milestone in related organization.

Analyses and monitors adherence to EHS standards in assigned organizations, and prepares regular EHS reporting.

Demonstrated experience with H&S regulations and program management globally

Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects

Execute required actions to implement and operationalize a sustainable EHS management system (GEHC EHS Framework 2.0)

Collaborate with Operations and other teams to implement programs to include change management and drive a proactive and positive safety culture

Strong knowledge of Indonesia and SEA EHS related regulatory requirements.

H&S Compliance experience with demonstrated capability of learning requirements and applying this experience locally & internationally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experienced in Audit or managing ISO documents would be an advantage

Support Risk Assessment Improvement Program

Support in alignment for new legal register and evaluation using Hukum online and conduct Regulations review

Support in PROPER and Environment Document

Support as EHS Compliance Officer and ensure no overdue LSOP and other documentation

Report safety incidents and safety concerns to Project Management.

Provide safety coordination, leadership, and safety advice to line management and organization of training programs requested.

BSc degree in Engineering with 3years field experience OR High School with minimum 10-years of field experience in construction inspection.

Minimum 10 years of construction field experience.

Thorough knowledge of policies / procedures / standards & heavy construction techniques and practices

Experiences in Industrial safety loss prevention and evacuation plans.
