Position Summary:

The EHS Executive is responsible for implementing EHS management system requirements, internal policies, and external statutory requirements related to the environment, health, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide EHS report to relevant government ministry.
• Develop awareness and discipline employee to following EHS regulation and SOP.
• Handling EHS Patrol, handling near miss and incident investigation.
• Handling external and internal audit of ISO14001, ISO45001 and SMK3.
• Handling compliance to the EHS regulation and group policy.
• Handling CSMS, UPL-UKL, SIO and SLO, JSA, work permit, ergonomic, energy saving, waste handling, etc.
• Implementation EHS Management System: ISO14001 and ISO45001 and SMK3 in daily operation.
• Handling document control for EHS documentation and archiving.
• Ensure Building Facility and general utilities are controlled properly.

Experienced and have good knowledge in:

• Emergency Response Plan
• EHS Management System and Document Control
• Building Control & UPL-UKL measurement and report
• Management of Change at EHS factor
• CSMS & EHS-GA supplier handling
• Hazardous Waste handling
• Accident Investigation handling
• SIO & SLO handling and control
• Ergonomic and Energy Saving assessment
• Job Safety Analysis and Work Permit handling

Requirements:

• Working location : Pasar Kemis, Kab. Tangerang
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018; Lead Auditor Certified is preferred.
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Kemenakertrans
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA 3.0
• Fire Brigade certified; at least Class D is preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Experienced as an EHS officer for at least 3 years at supervisor level in a manufacturer.
