Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, airlines-trains-bus-ship, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients’ requirement

Handle clients’ enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquires are replied within 24 hours

Check and update for any cancellations or amendments to the bookings and ensure that all bookings are done correctly

Input reservation data, update on any cancellations or amendments and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation system

Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure that all services will run smoothly

Experience or knowledge of travel software

A certificate or experience in travel consultancy

Skilled in quotation and mastery in excel

Above average in communication skills both verbals and writing

Superior knowledge of tourism-industry trends

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or similar field

Craft unique experiences that reflect the client's interests and desires.

Arrange all aspects of the travel experience, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, working together with Reservation team.

Provide expert recommendations and insider tips to enhance the client's travel experience.

Present travel proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value of each offering.

Upsell additional services and upgrades to enhance the overall travel experience.

Offer exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the trip.

-Have a good management skills and customer service oriented

-Minimum 5 years of working experience in travel industry

-Assist customers in travel planning and ticketing matters

-Provide customer service through digital (Whatsapp, email) &Telephone channel

-Recommend OTAQU products, fares & services to capture anysales opportunity

-Respond to general inquiries and feedback from customers & travel agents

-Have a good management skills and customer service oriented
