Job Title: Travel Designer

Reporting to: Sales Manager, Khiri Travel Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert recommendations and insider tips to enhance the client's travel experience.
• Be a team player for a successful of Khiri Travel Indonesia
• Create upsell opportunities whenever possible
• Sustainability training and to be part of our green team
• Offer exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the trip.
• Ad hoc tasks as needed and requested by the company
• Craft unique experiences that reflect the client's interests and desires.
• Assisting the other departments when needed
• Arrange all aspects of the travel experience, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, working together with Reservation team.
• Any other reasonable tasks that are delegated by your manager
• Create bespoke travel itineraries, considering destinations, activities, and accommodations based on client preferences.
• Present travel proposals to clients and effectively communicate the value of each offering.
• Upsell additional services and upgrades to enhance the overall travel experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of various destinations and travel products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for seamless trip planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in travel software and booking systems will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design unique and memorable travel experiences.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience as a Travel Designer, Travel Consultant, preferable having experience working for high end client.
