Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces;

At least a years experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent;

Knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, TiktokShop, Tokopedia, Lazada)

Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment;

Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel;

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university with 5 years experience

Priority has experience in Capital Market, company's trademark, licenses & advertisement process

Experiences in public company would be advantage

Analytical thinking, critical, wide knowledge, good communication

Make & review legal Agreement, legal opinion

Preparing and Coordinate the General Meeting of shareholders

Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process

A minimum of 7 years of experience working as an Equity/Fixed Income/Credit Analyst and/or Portfolio Manager.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Bloomberg experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business, statistics, mathematics or relevant related fields;

Idea generation integrating a rigorous bottom-up approach with top-down macro views.

Cross sell with other product partners such as Project Finance/ Global Markets/ ECM/ Advisory/ Issuer Services/ Private Banking.

Keep abreast with market environment and regulatory requirement.

Preference for working experience of 8 years+.

Experience working in a client facing role with a proven ability to build strong, trusted client relationships.

Extensive product knowledge in various financing products such as syndicated loan, global bond, term loan, global market products.
