Data Privacy Ops Specialist Jobs

Provide an ongoing management, content development and oversight of the privacy training program.

Advise product and business groups across the company regarding privacy and security requirements.

Minimum 5 years experience in Data Privacy, Regulatory Compliance, Information Security, or Legal roles.

Experience in compliance, breach handling, and remediation.

Experience in rolling out and running a data privacy programme.

2. Understanding and experience with a wide range of Privacy and Cyber Security principles, technologies, and techniques.

4. Data privacy certification such as CIPP or CIPM is preferred.

Design and implement data security technology, such as tokenization, format preserving encryption, database activity monitoring, information rights management

Familiar with Data Management and Privacy, e.g OneTrust, TrustArc, Collibra, BigID

Experience with Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) or Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA)

Knowledge of any Data Security Solution tools, which includes tokenization, database activity monitoring, file monitoring, encryption such as Voltage, SecuPi, etc

Senior Associate, Manager and Senior Manager

Sound knowledge of personal data protection laws and regulations. At the very minimum, familiarity with Indonesia's UU Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

Experience in the area of data protection and privacy is highly desirable.

Related certifications are also an advantage: CIPM, CIPP, CIPT

Good communication skills as the role requires interaction with various stakeholders.

Melakukan dan memantau Privacy Impact Analysis (PIA) dan Register of Privacy Analysis (RoPA) pada proses-proses diperusahaan ataupun pihak ke-3.
