Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management ideally from Data Center segment

A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills

Understanding the key business drivers of the relevant customer’s business and business environment, interpreting the impact and opportunity for ABB

Creating added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.g., frame agreements, AVL related actions)

Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented

Driving application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools (salesforce, account plans, AVLs etc.) for the account

Minimum 5 years' experience with sales/account management role.

Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Management of Information Systems.

Candidate with structured cabling solutions knowledge and experience will be an advantage

Preferably with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification.

Preferably working experience in System Integrator environment with structured cabling systems exposure.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

A familiarity with business and law terms as well as project risk management

Cross-selling capabilities across all Systems, Solutions, Products, and Services categories.

Managing relationships with essential decision makers in customer and internal organizations.

Analyzing customer specifications thoroughly and recommending technical solutions in collaboration with technology suppliers or original equipment manufacturers.

Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree

Data Center ecosystem: PAC, UPS and electrical panels

Manage team Data Center Operation to provide overall support 24/7

At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field and level

Have strong knowledge about detail critical aspect and how to mitigate in 360 degree

Keep all existing SOP and policies running well to ensure the quality of Data Center performance

Ensure the availability of services for tenants or customers available to maintain customer satisfaction

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

Minimum 7 years experience in project management with minimum 4-5 years as Project Engineer or Site Manager or Project Manager

Familiar with project management report such as: making progress report, s-curve, and weekly presentation.

Minimum education diploma, yet a bachelor will be an advantage.

Establish and maintain the overall project delivery plan, including the cost, schedule, quality, and performance baseline.

Strong skills in presentation, communication and negotiation and goal oriented.

Work closely with our teams in our global headquarters in Germany and regional headquarters in Singapore.

This role will require extensive business travel domestically across Indonesia to visit customers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Electrical engineering

Strong sales track record of completed project & installations

Understanding of Indonesian culture & business practices

Minimum Experience 2 years in the related field (B2B Sales)

Great inter-personal skill and teamwork

Strong Communication written and verbal communication and organizational skills
